The Congress registration desk will be situated in the foyer of the conference level, 2nd floor.

Registration bags, badges, final programme etc will be available for collection at the registration desk. Lost & found items - please contact registration desk staff.

If you would still like to book for the Congress Cruise & dinner, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org or see Bridget at the registration desk on Thursday, 9 August before lunch. No bookings will be accepted after Thursday lunchtime. Cruise subject to availability due to limited capacity.
Arrival, mid-morning & mid afternoon tea/coffee and lunches will be provided each day.
Teas and lunches will be served in the African Heritage Venue.
Please ensure that you wear your name badge at ALL times, including social functions.

Transport will not be provided between the Conference venue and Hotels in the area.
The taxi rate varies between companies and runs at about R10/km and is advisable to ask for a fare estimate before you agree.

Parking will be available at no charge. All parking is first come first served.
All Guests will receive a parking ticket on entry to the hotel, guests can parking on the Ground and Basement Parking levels.
At the Conference floor there will be a Parking Validating Machine, where you will be able to validate your parking ticket for the day.
If you need Continuing Professional Development points or an attendance certificate, please scan your name badge twice a day at the registration desk.
Your CPD certificates will be emailed to you after the conference.
Please hand your presentation on a USB to the AV technician in the lecture room at least 2 hours before you present.
